I took my wife and three kids on Labor Day weekend. The kids range from 2 - 13. All of them thoroughly enjoyed the aquarium. It's located inside the mall and your pass for the day gets you the ability to leave and return. This makes lunch much more cost effective than a typical aquarium visit. If you're looking to pay less for admission, look around online. The SEA LIFE website currently sells tickets at 20% off.
Take your time going through the exhibits. It's not as big as you would expect, but the variety and quality are certainly top notch. Be sure to bring your camera, this place is full of unique photo opportunities.
Just before the tunnel, there is a room with a larger view of the tank. There were rays resting on top of the window and all of the sea life came right up to greet us. Under the stage at the ray tank is a little room where the kids can climb into port holes and look at the tank. The ceiling is low, but parents without bad knees or backs should be able to crawl under there with their kids and get some unique pictures.
All in all, it was a great experience and I'm sure we will return.
