Absolutely amazing! I've never experienced this level of customer service. Long post alert, but it's worth the read! This is my first time going through IVF and I've been so anxious about the process. So when I picked up my medication and realized some of my supplies were missing I called the after hours line. (Side note: the supplies came from a different pharmacy, not Integrity) I spoke with Jeff Karp who talked me through how to use another syringe so I could at least do my first dose the next morning, he then said he'd contact the other pharmacy and get me the supplies I needed. He was so patient and extremely comforting. I felt better just talking to him. It was amazing to me that, even though this was not a mistake on Integrity's part, he was so willing to go above and beyond to fix the problem. The next day Nickey Wagner from Integrity contacted me and made sure the supplies were sent to my pharmacy and immediately reimbursed me for the cost. She went above and beyond as well to make sure I was ok and was so pleasant and helpful. Everyone I've spoken with at Integrity have been wonderful.
