  • I went to Sands Kia to look at what they had to offer, was greeted right away by a sales person and was shown a couple of used cars and test drove two. I wanted to look around other dealerships and they gave me such a hard time to leave. I went to a sister dealership Sands Chevrolet and the salesperson from Kia and 2 managers texted and called me while there. It was ridiculous. They told me that I have to understand that they are in the business to sell cars, What? I need to make a decision on buying a car that I enjoy driving. Horrible experience, and if I had chosen to buy a Kia , I would have driven to Scottsdale first before ever going back to Sands Kia in Surprise.
