  • Very disappointed today as I still had 4 sessions (which are not cheap) and the lady at the front counter told me that they expired and wasn't willing to work with me. This wasn't a Groupon purchase, I bought one of their packages. I think if they were willing to work with me I would have ended up buying another package once I used my remaining classes but this just left a bad taste in my mouth about their policies. ** Update ** My hubby convinced me to call back and double check that policy with a manager. Turns out that's not the case. I didn't even speak to a manager. The lady who answered the phone (Hayden) apologized and confirmed that package classes do not expire. She was very nice and reinstated my classes. I'm super excited about that because I've enjoyed going there for years and look forward continuing my practice.
