  • The glory days of the MGM are sadly gone. I haven't been here for 7 years and it has really changed. Not for the better. It has been inundated with a seedy ghetto crowd. I didn't really feel safe and was worried about being a casualty of crossfire from a gang shooting or a witness to multitudes of fashion crimes. It's strange because the hotel itself hasn't changed much in terms of how it looks but the patrons have taken a turn for the worse. It may have been a bad night or weekend but what I saw makes me want to not go back. It's sad as I used to love MGM and it appears the phrase "All good things must come to an end" applies.
