  • Went for a Birthday Party for 7yr olds - lots to do - more than I thought based on their pictures. Tons of staff everywhere to ensure safety, very friendly. They also have everything - plates/knives/water/ even a lighter for the cake so this was great for parties. My only critique is their staff is young and communication could be better - response times slow to confirm back pertinent details - had to email and call several times to confirm who had pre filled waivers etc - checked in and waited in lobby and they neglected to mention everyone was checked in and waiting at the table? Also their party wrist bands should be for 2hrs not 1.5hrs - you pay $350 so I would rather they did not enforce when you need to sit at your table and have a break/eat etc. They did accomodate our request to add 30mins to the wrist bands as the kids wanted a break after 60mins not 90mins. Again a great place highly recommend as there is no shortage of things to do - but for the cost they need 2hr wrist bands for the party and need to up their client event communication prior to event and at check in.
