  • I see the negative reviews here, but I cannot express how well they worked for us! Perhaps we were just fortunate to get a great service technician. Here is our story: Our tenant spent more than four weeks waiting for another repair company, Hawkeye Appliance Repair, to fix her washing machine - Hawkeye Appliance Repair would send out inexperienced workers who improperly diagnosed the problem - three times I believe - then come back with the wrong tools or miss the appointments all together. It seemed they were constantly waiting for parts that never materialized or they were incapable of installing. We had words with Yola the owner of Hawkeye, fired her and hired ABM Appliance Repairs who arranged to see my tenants washing machine within a few days and told her the machine was fine, the drain tube was just plugged up. After unplugging the drain tube, the washing machine works fine. No costly repairs or replacements were ever needed. We are very pleased with ABM Appliance as they demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. I will ask for them again.
