My daughter got a nice cut there. $13 for the first visit. You can't beat that.
My daughter was frustrated with the games they had so that was kind of pointless. They use old technology. She'd never used a mouse before.
The stylists were friendly but didn't quite "get" that I wasn't going to force my son to get a haircut. He was there to watch his sister and possibly get a cut himself. We asked him several times if he wanted his done and he said a very clear "no". But the stylist still started to brush his hair without asking me and also was clueless to the fact the back of his hair was matted.... Even though I had mentioned it when we got there and inquired about them having a special product to get it unmatted. I would not have attempted to brush it from the top down and with no conditioner in it. So basically after a nice visit to check it out, he cries because she 1) hurt him and 2) didn't respect his answer of "no"
I would say an area for improvement would be to first ask what the customers want and try not to rush through. Like my daughter was in a chair and getting sprayed while I was dealing with my son and I would have had her washed as well. That's money they missed out on. And I felt like I had to rush over there to tell her what I wanted done. It was not busy there at all.
Also, you should never speak badly about a coworker to a client. Made me feel awkward as if there was some kind of tension between them all.
They both loves getting their prize at the end.
With all that being said. I will return and would recommend the place because it's kid friendly, inexpensive and most importantly a good looking cut and it was quick. They know how to cut kids hair.
I just had to give an honest and thorough review because hopefully it can help them improve and help others know what they are on for.
