  • I recently purchased a couple items and shortly after realized that I got charged a $10!! Shipping fee on an Item that had free shipping. I had sent two emails requesting a refund and all they said was they will have to contact the shipper and cancel. 4 days later they send me my package. Bullshit customer service.
