  • After 20yrs of Smith's, I AM DONE!!...........I have been shopping at Smith's both in Utah and Nevada for 20yrs....That's 20yrs at the rate of $150-$200 every 2weeks......That's $75k-$100k worth of business. This particular store on Durango killed it for me. I found myself being verbally pushed around by an over zealous employee....who then tells me I am being a "Jerk", because I didn't want to change checkout lines....and she's saying this whilst ringing me up. Like, I'm going to give my hard earned cash to someone who is berating me!! I just calmly walkout, and decided right then and there that Smith's/Kroger, would NEVER get my business again
