  • pros: Their PA, Erica, is nice with no nonsense. cons: They are inconsistent about calling with an appointment reminder, so don't rely on it. Most recently they did call, which was a good thing considering they failed to process my appointment cancellation from a few days prior. I have waited up to 1 hour before being seen, with an appointment, all the more time to stare at the walls that are filled with annoying ads for anti-aging treatments (all targeted at women). Like the other reviewer, I also had the experience where they failed to send the prescription over, and I had to make a second trip to the pharmacy.
