  • I had globa manage my property for a little less than three years and during this time I saw a full range incompetencies from this company. They did things like bringing under qualified tenants in my property who damaged my house. Or approving repairs without my consent. However, I think the worst thing they did was charging thousands of dollars to fix a roof by their certified contractor and then two months later for me to find out that the work was done incorrectly. When asked for paperwork, they would not produce the paperwork that supposedly showed the work was done but definitely a few months rent as compensation. So, will i recommend this company; no. They are unprofessional and have no regard for other people's hard earn money.
