  • I was working with my home warranty company for the past week. They sent out one AC contracter initially and they were awful. I got a second opinion on my own, then my home warranty sent out another one of their service contracted companies, which was Shaffer and Sons. My initial call to the company was with speaking with Amy. She was prompt, friendly and readily available. It was a good start to dealing with a new company. Let me tell you what a blessing and relief it was to have them come. Our service tech was Jared, he was professional, thorough and knowledgeable! He was able to fix the issues with our AC and we can put miserable heat in our home behind us. He was very helpful. He said to call again, if problems occur and made us feel at ease. I really appreciated working with Shaffer and Sons during such a frustrated time. Thank you Jared and Schaffer and Sons!
