  • Came here on a Thursday night with a group of 13. And unfortunately the whole experience wasn't that great. When we first sat down, the waitress seemed to have forgotten that it's important to give the customers menus. We had to ask her for them after sitting down and waiting for about 10 minutes. Then when we were ordering, most of us had to repeat each of our order several times before she seemed to be able to figure out what we wanted. All of us were only getting some sort of bubble tea...so the orders really weren't that complicated. The worst part is, even after asking us several times, and repeating the order back to us, when my husband and my drink came, both orders were wrong. My husband had asked for a regular sized milk tea, but instead he got a large. I asked for a hot taro milk tea with no topping, but it came with tapioca. And of course, when we went to pay, we were charged extra for those mistakes. I tried telling her that she got our orders wrong, but she was just so confused, I decided to just forget it and pay the extra, instead of wasting another 20 minutes trying to explain to her. Also, don't order any of their taro flavoured drinks. I ordered the hot taro milk tea, and my friend ordered the taro frothie. Both tasted horrible. The only positive points was the condensed milk tea my husband ordered tasted pretty good, and the free popcorn that's provided to every table. Needless to say, I will not be back at this location again.
