  • Very nice company to work with. We had used PODS and needed help unloading. We had used another company for the loading portion and were not happy so we decided to use a different company for unloading. That's when I found this company. I called in to get a quote and they told me over the phone with no one trying to pressure or up sale at all. Once I booked, the son Tristan was in contact to confirm everything and set up the final arrival. When unloading Day came, 2 young guys came ready to work. They asked me to first do a walk through to point out where everything needed to go. They communicated with me letting me know know how far along they were. I had booked them for 2 hrs but they finished with time to spare so they asked me if there was anything else that I needed moved around or if I was happy with how everything turned out. I do have a difficult staircase and when they were moving furniture upstairs they scratched the wall. The guys apologized and the company sent a handyman out on Monday to fix, repair and paint at no cost to me. Great customer service, great follow through, great communication!!!!
