| - When a US Airways flight attendant spilled my water all over my laptop on my recent flight from LAX to PHX, the liquid shorted out my keyboard, and, by default, my livelihood.
To answer your questions:
1. No, the airline is NOT paying for the damage.
2. Chad at MacMedia is a genius who saved my computer, my data, and my money. I'm not sure how he did it, but my MacBook Pro is no longer typing "m comma m comma m comma" when I hit the spacebar.
3. Kyle, Chad, and every employee at this licensed repair and Apple sales facility has treated me with respect and genuine concern. They made sure my machine was done before I had to catch my plane. They communicated and updated me sometimes twice daily over the Christmas break.
I could go on and on and on ...
It's rare that I want to give 10 stars to a business, and in this case, if your computer breaks or gets trashed by the world's least honorable airline, for example, I will PAY your cab fare to ensure that you take your computer here instead of anywhere else in Arizona.
