  • I only came here to pick up my images from the breast care center on the 3rd floor. Impressions: Pros: Jaimie (spelling?) was very cordial and understood the meaning of customer service. I had spoken to her on the phone about my images, when they would be ready, and where exactly to pick them up. Upon greeting me, she was just as cordial in person and readily retrieved my images for me. Cons: I paid 4.00 to park in their garage for the sole purpose of walking in, picking up my images, and leaving. 4.00 is the minimum. Add injury to insult, there is big bold print on the ticket that you have 15 minutes to leave the garage once paying. Geez, that accounts for time to walk to my car (ok, time wasted pushing the elevator button and waiting when I should have just walked a flight of stairs), fiddle with the GPS, and exit the garage. 15 minutes isn't a lot of time, ya think?
