Love this place. Still my favorite steak house to date in Vegas. The meat quality is just awesome. Been there so many times and pretty much had everything on the menu. I like the american kobe better then the Japanese (too rich). AK has a better texture and the flavor is more balance. The Japanese ones are worth a try (you can cut the meat with your fork) because its better then what other steak houses offers. The caviar is also awesome but pricey but if you looking at it you most likely have a host that will comp it. The duck fat frys does nothing for me. This is a must go place for me.
