I live close by, but I don't want to go to this Urgent Care ever! I have been there before most recently 10 days ago. The front office reps are terrible! This morning I arrived there right around 8:00 am. While walking in I seen an older gentleman outside by the front door having difficulty breathing. I go inside and there are patients waiting to check in. I asked out loud if I should sign in, and a patient waiting said they haven't signed in. The front office rep said she had to get set up first. She was turning on the tv and opening blinds. She knew of the gentlemen outside, she stepped out and I heard her tell him that the provider should be in soon. Then she was still messing with the tv. Then medical assistants came thru the front door and td her that he should be brought in back to have his vitals taken while waiting. He goes back the front office person starts checking others in. Then finally my turn to check in. I fill out the paperwork and have ins card and license in hand , but the front desk busy with paperwork doesn't look up just says "hold on". Stand there for 20 seconds she is still doing paperwork. I go sit down for about 30 seconds and someone else goes to desk and hands her their paperwork and she takes it without telling him to "hold on"!! Sorry but they have terrible customer service. I tear up my paperwork drive down to Queen Creek to another Urgent Care, no one in the waiting room, fill out my paperwork and give to the knowledgeable and friendly front desk rep and I am seen by dr within 5 minutes. It's worth it to me to go somewhere that doesn't treat you like crap!
