  • My wife called these guys to come out to mesure a few tables to get glass tops for them and made an appointment. The day of the appointment they never called to confirm and didn't show up. Half hour past the appointment I called them and was told they could be at my house in 45min. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them to just reschedule for the following day. They finally came out and measured only to tell me that the measurements had to be taken back to the office and someone would call with a quote. Never received a call waited until Monday and couldn't get a hold of anyone until Wednesday where the guy assured me that they had called my wife the day before, it wasn't until an hour after that last call that I received a call back with a quote.
