| - The 3 of us were all very disappointed with our experience. The counter food & drink ordering, wristbands, open tab, non-intuitive electronic drink tap pouring, return to close your tab, getting our own glasses, pouring our own drinks, all the while 6 employees were standing behind the counter - doing nothing, was a bit weird and frustrating for us. We had to ask way too many questions how their process works, that you don't have to ask at other restaurants. We did virtually all of their work, and the bill has a tip line?!?! Oy! Now, let's discuss the food. We didn't order the pizza...We got sandwiches. They were ok...practically no meat or cheese, as compared to competitors! The bread was the only good point. BEWARE: Each sandwich half has hidden toothpicks that none of us could see, that we almost broke our teeth on, and nearly stabbed our mouths with. DANGEROUS. The sandwiches were so dry, I ask for a side of mayo. The counter staff was in such as pot-high daze, it took several minutes to find mayo, only after they gave me another mysterious substance that looked and tasted nothing like mayo. There were 3 or 4 unlabeled squeeze bottles with white stuff in them. (Isn't it a health code that all containers be labeled??) We will never darken their doorstep again.
