  • This doctor was fantastic and informative. update : everything is great except Stacy . She's rude and condescending . I had a problem regards to a bill that was never sent to me . She scoffed at me . 'Once we send it over to collections, we can't help you there.' WRONG . If it was your mistake, yes you can correct it . What made me more furious is when she said 'It's collections' problem, I can't help you.' I'll be reporting this to my insurance . They never informed me about this bill before sending this 'unpaid' bill to collections . I had no problem paying this bill . But this is what you call great customer service ? Unethical practice . Furthermore , there's another yelp reviewer that had a similar problem with Stacy. Beware .
