  • I was overjoyed to leave! When I first come to check in, no one is there at the front desk for five or 10 minutes. My first set of key cards don't work and no one is at the desk again when I go to return them. Awaken at midnight with people arguing outside and running through the halls and awaken again with someone trying to enter my room. It's really a mess of a hotel. Fix the 3rd floor ice machine! On a positive note, my room was clean. Creaky bed, but clean at least.
