APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I requested an online quote from Executive Moving and Storage on a Tuesday -- little did I know I had just set myself up for one of the most annoying experiences with a company in my 31 years.
The same day I requested a quote I received two phone calls and one voicemail from Executive Moving. As I had to work that evening, I missed both phone calls.
The next day, early in the afternoon, I received two more phone calls in a row -- I didn't answer the first time as I was right in the middle of something. When they immediately called back the second time I answered rather angrily.
The representative on the phone announced himself as Jeff from Executive Movers and said he was calling about my quote. I told him it was not a good time and hung up. I immediately received an email from Jeff, telling me that I was very rude and if and when I was serious about needing help on my move that he would be happy to assist me.
Yeah. Like I would ever consider using this company. Jeff, grow some tough skin. You obviously work in high pressure sales but it is super annoying when you try so hard you have to call twice in a row and even if you don't like what I said it is NEVER ok to talk like that to a potential customer.
