  • If your husband wishes you "good luck" before heading to get your hair cut you know it could go poorly. Overall it was a pretty negative experience, the only plus was the blow dry was good. I had purchased a groupon for beauty now because it's a few blocks from our home and I was looking for a salon. First impression was ok, Brian the co owner was very welcoming. The waiting area is shabby and no drink was offered either. Once my stylist met me and washed my hair we went to her station. She was complaining about lots of things, including her boss. It was very unprofessional. She also kept bashing the last person who cut my hair saying it was so uneven and cut poorly. Fast forward to end of cut/dry. I get home and pull my hair back in ponytail and realize an entire chunk on left side was about 8 inches shorter than the rest of the hair.... Thank God it wasn't on the top and is under neath the long top layer... I was also charger $10 extra for 'long hair' which isn't a thing at nicer salons. Needless to say... I will not be going back.
