  • Terrible disregard for my feelings. Had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour!! Offered no option for pain relief except for Oxycontin (which I refuse to take) Then told me I must not be in enough pain if I don't want it, not the case it makes me break out in hives and my throat close up!!!!! Sheesh, people. They took an x-ray of my foot told me it wasn't broken and sent me on my way. Didn't even wrap it, give me ice NOTHING!!! After I left- I went to the ER down the road and they got me in right away, took x rays and gave me a shot of something for pain relief. I felt better right away! :) Told me they saw the x-rays from the other hospital and compared them and they can plainly see the fracture. They casted my foot and measured me for crutches. I will never go back to Sonoran!
