  • Horrible and completely unapologetic management. Where to start... my boyfriend and I decided to sign up for tanning together and about a month and a half ago went into this location. We liked the beds and the girl working was very sweet and helped explain the different options (I believe her name was Finley). After paying the $50 for a monthly membership we went to our rooms to tan. After shutting and locking my door I disrobed, got in the tanning bed and put my headphones on, after 12 minutes I stand up to realize the door to my room is wide open and a person has just walked by and possibly seen me completely naked! I quickly slammed the door and got dressed. I approached the desk clearly upset and asked why my door is open. The girl at the desk stated she had no idea. When she saw my door open she had forgotten that I was even in there and was in the process of sending a customer into that room. While explaining how horrified I was a women waiting for a bed informed me the same thing happened to her a month prior. She stated she let the front desk girl know and management was supposed to have been contacted. The door apparently doesn't completely look unless you slam it (room #5). I had checked the door as I always do and shut and locked it twice! The girl was very apologetic, stated she doesn't even work at that location and she was only filling in for the day. She apologized continuously as I reassured her it was not her fault. I asked to speak with management called the "managers" phone, left a message, and left my number to be contacted. I felt completely violated and wanted to know that this issue which had clearly been brought to their attention before would be resolved. After 4 weeks of continually calling and sending emails to management I have still yet to hear from anyone. Apparently as of one week ago, they have put a sign letting customers know to slam the door in order to get it to lock. I no longer go to this location and have now decided to completely cancel my membership. Any company who does not care to simply return the call of a very upset and violated customer does not deserve my money.
