  • You can NEVER count on this company when there is a outage like today 9-7-14. The power went out sometime like around 3pm it is now 445pm and the stupid recording ( because they are 2 cheap 2 pay a human 2 answer the phone ) said it "should be" back on by 745pm. WTF??? We, like alot of people on our street pay a buttload of money every month and they cant this fixed in a reasonable time. Its funny, i look out my back window and my neighbor has power and they are 30 feet away!!! Obviously, there is a problem with just our street ALL THE TIME!! GET IT FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Quit trying to just bandaid the problem. Its also pretty bad when i have to take insulin and my power is out and tbe fridge doesnt work unless there is power. UNREAL...........Only in Vegas.
