  • Went into Chapman straight from another local Ford dealer where a poor experience left a bad taste. I have been researching the vehicle I wanted for some time now, so I had a fairly detailed list of exactly what I wanted. In addition, I told Jerry that if we got a great enough deal on the car, we would consider trading both of our cars for new. Jerry Took great care of us, listened to what we wanted and we took a look at what they had on the lot. Many great cars, but not exactly "the one." He told us he would do a search and let us know what he came up with. We left the dealership and headed out to dinner. Less than an hour later he called and had some vehicles lined up. I returned the next day. Within a few hours we were leaving happy with two new vehicles. The treatment we received was top notch, and we will definitely recommend and use Chapman again when it's time!
