  • This is definitely the best "no frills" place for a pedicure. Plus, it's right around the corner from my apartment! I'm always happy to book my appointments on-line, but I ended up calling in since I wanted to book two appointments together. The person getting a pedicure with me was my boyfriend, who was pretty uncomfortable with the idea. When we walked in, there was no attitude about how he was the only guy in there, and they went straight to work us with no comment about it whatsoever. The atmosphere was clinical, and the tools and service were clean and sterile. This is not a "girly" salon, and I think that helped put him at ease. They were quick, professional and did a good job on our calluses and cuticles. I only wish they spent more time buffing the tops of my nails (mine have ridges).
