  • Hatoya carries only products made in Japan or for Japanese consumers taste. I have lived in many cities in United States, New York, NJ, Wash D.C. And Florida for last 48 years and I'm happy to live in Charlotte because of Hatoya. Aside from Mitsuwa in Edgewater NJ for New York City / NJ market, Hatoya is the best Japanese grocery store in East Coast. I've been shopping there for last 8 years and witnessing big improves on products availability. With recent expansion of the store, Hatoya will continue to be the best Japanese grocery store.
