  • I love Sephora, unfortunately not this one though. The last three times ive been in this location, including today, it's packed. There were probably more than 25 employees on the floor and not one asked to help me. For the amount of money I spend in Sephora they need to have better customer service. Most of the employees were standing around in groups of two or three chatting or gushing over new product. I then went to the cashier, she asked if anyone had helped me today. I replied no and she apologized, which I thought was great. She then scanned my beauty insider card and didn't ask me if I wanted any of the 100 pts gifts. I'm just looking at my now and I noticed that I didn't even get any points for the purchase. Sephora's points cards is one of the reasons I shop at Sephora in the first place. Not cool!
