The review is solely based off the lobster bisque soup. After seeing pictures of the lobster rolls and different lobster menu items I'm convinced that this place has the right idea. The rolls look filled with lobster and nicely garnished with butter and other sauce toppings of your choice. No one wants a dry roll. My lobster bisque was very delicious and had a great amount of lobster mixed in. The only thing I can't understand is why soup is so expensive in Vegas. Literally everywhere you go. The lobster bisque from Cousins Maine is $6 for a cup and $8 for a bowl. I paid $10 for a cup and it was $12 for the bread bowl.
My friend did get a lobster roll and said she enjoyed it more than the roll from cousins Maine. They are a little pricer with the option to style up the lobster roll. But I wouldn't be opposed to paying a little more knowing there are more options. The Cajun, Sriracha and Baja options are free, but you do have to pay $2 more if you want the Cali and BLT option. I also loved that they have the lobster Mac and cheese on the menu! This place is quick and easy if you are shopping your way through the miracle mile shops.
