  • Call me strange but I get all kinds of happy when this farmer stand opens up every spring. It is so nice to be able to take a 15 min break from work, walk a block or 2 and get great produce. The people are friendly and it's like seeing friends you haven't seen in a while. Farmer's markets in general make my heart sing but these guys also have fresh, tasy fruit/veggies. They are at Trade & Tryon every Tuesday & Friday from the first Friday in May until just into October...and I miss them the rest of the fall, winter and early spring. :)
