  • Have previously loved this Banfield and this PetSmart. The reasons: Dr. Mac and Mike the dog trainer. If you look at PetSmart's page for this location I left him a glowing review. I didn't know Banfield had a separate page until this week. He's actually who recommended Dr. Mac to me and he's been giving fantastic care for all my fur babies ever since. This week however I got the new Dr. Paul. I've never been so upset at a dr in my life, never felt so talked down to, never felt so picked on. It was just a small concern, ask simple questions. I left being made to feel like the worst dog owner to ever live. I don't know if I can ever return to this location... *Edited correct name
