  • Was going in for a trade in. At first,everything seems good and friendly till they start talking about your trade in. This sales lady was asking about all the services that we have done on the vehicle. Then started saying something negative about minor things,example tires look worn. The tires were actually just bought about 6-7 months ago. Pretty dam new. She just started saying negatives to bring my vehicle or make me think my vehicle isn't worth much. We told her what we wanted in order for us to buy. Well, the very first trip back from her managers numbers was ridiculous it was gonna be more than what I was paying now monthly and for down sizing. Anyways they won't try to give you much for your trade. Second, we test drove thier vehicle and took it for the night to see if it would suit our family. This was prior to number talks. Well, our kids left an IPad in the rear seats. When we got it back the screen was broken but the worst part about it is that they didn't even tell us. We found out when we opened the case. Third, after declining thier offers, we left home and notice that they forgot to give us our vehicle registration back. We went back to get it and they said they threw the original out and had made a copy, sounds suspicious. Anyways horrible experience. Dont waste your time.
