  • DO NOT USE This company! They are awful and they contract with companies that are not properly vetted. We experienced fraud by one of their "highly recommended" ac companies, Tropical Air, and have yet to be refunded. The customer service reps are unprofessional and we were told by another repairman "it depends on who you get on the phone, on how much help you get. Just hang up and call back until you get a good rep." Unbelievable.
