Just checked this gym out yesterday and was really impressed. Rex, the guy running the class, was very clear about explaining the workout, focusing on safety, etc. The class was TOUGH!
The "warm up" had my heart rate in the 160's and the strength training portion was challenging as well. They accommodated all fitness levels with modifications and Rex challenged me to push myself on a few of the moves, which I love. It was a great workout and I'll definitely be back.
I'll update my review after working out here for a month or so talk about the results that I get. :)
