  • Stay as far away from these people as possible! We have been dealing with them for over a year now. Our Pergo XP keeps separating and shifting. The floor itself is gorgeous. We had Western States install our flooring in January of 2017. The lead installer, Tim, was "sick" during the install. When they give a window of arrival from 8-10, that doesn't mean show up at 11:30, leave at 3 or not even show up at all. The install took 5 days to do, for a 1759 sqft house. Tim was locked in my bathroom 4 hrs of one of the days while his assistant installed the floor. Tim also laid down and slept on the floor of the 4th bedroom for most of one of the mornings before he parked in the bathroom. Today he was supposed to come between 8-10 to fix the floor for the 5th time. He calls at 9:33 says he be there about 10 and says his notes says there is a "mark" on our floor. NO. Your previous repairs failed. it's 10:54 but still no Tim. Apparently there was an "emergency" that won't put him at our house until 11:45 all while he's eating and talking to my husband on the phone. I WANT THIS FIXED, COMPLETED and you OUT OF MY LIFE! We spent over $5k for this and you do nothing but waste our time and feed us lies. For shame.
