Got my tuner shut down by Sirius because they were downgrading other "stiletto" radios that are their product (?). At least, that's the explanation I got. It's been a week and I've logged 4 hours on the phone talking to people who have no idea what I'm talking about and who transfer me to places like the billing dept when I ask for tech support. Their phone offices are in Manila, Egypt, Cape Breton and there's one more I can't remember. They certainly have no idea what each other are up to, much less how their own company works. They are the poster children for why outsourcing is a terrible idea. I'd use the word 'disconnect', but it would imply there was a connection in the first place.
