  • There's no point in scheduling an appointment to be seen, they have no sense of urgency and don't actually pay attention to appointments. I came to be seen and checked in 20 min early for my appointment, by 20 min after my scheduled time I asked what the issue was and the lady didn't have any explanation for the delay and couldn't give me an estimate for when I would be seen.
