If I could give them zero stars I would. I came to this shop bc a coworker recommended it to me. Granted she doesn't ever get acrylics but since my usual shop is in peoria by work I figured I'd come to a closer shop on my day off. I was a walk in & an old man with glasses asked me to sit at his station. He asked me how my day was & that was that. He was slow, shakey & it felt like he didn't know what he was doing. I asked how long he had been doing nails & he said 17 years. Doubt that, he is either inexperienced or is old & needs to retire! He CUT ME 3 TIMES with the electrical file & BURNED my skin with the manual file from over filing. I was so upset & unsatisfied!! I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years never have I been cut and burned so many damn times! Ugh! He left the acrylic too thick on my right hand and I didn't even ask him to fix it out of fear he would cut me again. To top it off he asked s if I had cash for his tip?! RUDE RUDE RUDE. you just don't do that!!!
Of course I still gave a tip bc I would have felt bad for not leaving one. But I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE!!!
