Honestly, there's nothing about Stripburger that sets it apart from all the other well known burger joints. You could walk into Shake Shack, Fatburger, Epic Burger, etc and have a similar experience. It seems that Stripburger is a niche restaurant designed (name) to cater to the Vegas crowds.
Anyway, we stopped in for lunch one day during a recent vacation. We didn't want to sit outside in the heat so we opted to dine inside. "Inside" is actually the backroom area of the adjacent restaurant. There are a few tables in an area designed to actually be a prep area. There is NO attempt to hide this fact either. No dressing up the area or anything like that. That didn't bother me though. It was cool and quiet.
I ordered a regular burger with fries and a coke. The burger was pretty good. It was well proportioned and seasoned to perfection. The fries were tasty and big enough for us to share. (even though we ordered two separate baskets) The bill came to a little over $10 which is pretty standard for these types of places.
I probaby wouldn't eat at Stripburger again given the plethoria of choices in Vegas but I encourage you to check it out nonetheless.
