  • I said l would not leave a negative review, however l have to tell the truth about my experience at King Auto. Dan is a really nice person, but l initially brought my Audi in for a check engine light. I was told later many times that my car was fixed. I did have a second opinion confirming a blown head gasket. King Auto reassured me the car was fixed, However it ran worst then before an in fact blew a head gasket on the freeway. Seven months, yes seven months later my car is complete. The roof is ruined due to leaving it outside, as well as the gas door broken. I can only imagine the gas was siphoned. There was also exspensive an personal items missing from my vehicle..of which none of were accounted for. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism as well as effort. They did pay towing charges as well as an uber fee. l did pay the fee asked, yet to no avail the very next week the check engine light came back on again. Without a doubt the worst experience. Do your homework.
