Really unimpressed with Sundrops, which is unfortunate because I had heard such great things. I filled out their "book online" form, which is really just an appointment request form where you pick your ideal time and they contact you to confirm.
I filled it out on a Wednesday, looking for a Saturday appointment. By Friday morning, I still had not received a confirmation call from them. I called them at 9:15am (they opened at 9), and got an answering machine. I left a message explaining that I wanted to check on my appointment for Saturday.
Two hours later, no return phone call. I promptly booked an appointment elsewhere.
At 5:30 that evening, while I was in a meeting and couldn't answer my phone, I got a voice mail from someone at Sundrops saying "sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but we got your message and our weekend is crazy but we might be able to fit you in. Give me a call back because I'm not sure what service it is that you are looking for."
10 minutes later I get another message from Sundrops, this time another girl "Hi, I saw that you requested an appointment for Saturday. We are completely booked. The earliest we can get you in is on Tuesday. Please give me a call back if you'd like to schedule."
If you can't keep up with an online booking system (that isn't even an actual booking system), then don't offer the service. Also, communicate with one another before calling people back. It just really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm glad that I could get in somewhere else.
