It was cold the night we visited - go ahead and laugh, but I'm from Florida, so 40* is freaking chilly. They kept it open for us on the legendary Haunt tour, and I really appreciated that. This is an exceptional haunt both in size, length and detail. The costumes are really amazing, The elevator trick was pretty cool too!
The actors truly give it their all and go above and beyond when standing out in the cold and scaring a long line of professional scare actors and haunt owners. You have to love that dedications.
The VooDoo area and the Halloween Party are my favorite areas - beside the opening of the house. They had the best and most playful actors. Also the bug actor at the end, he was truly committed to the part, he was AWESOME.
*** The one that annoyed me the most, was the one in the lake area. She'd attach to one person and literally TALK them to death. You can't talk someone into being scared, but you can talk them into being annoyed. That's all that I pulled from that section. ***
The lights up walk through showed us a lot of the details we missed and gave us a chance to thank the actors there. It is an awesome thing, the chance to give our props to those who do what we do. THANKS GUYS!! You all rocked it that night!
