  • Went in at approximately 3:30 pm on 4/22/2015. No one came out to my car and no one could be seen through the garage window so I exited my car and walked in (not a problem). When I walked in there was a black gentleman helping two customers at the counter. When he finished helping them he greeted me and was extremely friendly and professional. We even had a nice chat about window tinting as my Chrysler 300 was wrapped with advertising for my tint shop. Had he been my only encounter the review would have been 5 stars and I would have come back time and again. Unfortunately things went south from there. I gave him my key and walked out to my car. At this point a white guy with what I recall to be reddish hair came out and in an angry voice asked "Were you the one who was up here honking?". I said "no I wasn't honking" as I wasn't. He then proceeded to bark "It's F*cking disrespectful to sit out here honking when we are down there working on cars!". I said "It's disrespectful to assume I was honking when I just told you I wasn't". He then turned to me with an angry face and yelled "Take your F*cking keys and leave". I told him the other gentleman had my keys and he yelled at the other guy to give me my keys and proceeded to yell at me four or five more times to leave as I attempted to explain to the other guy what happened. To his merit the other guy didn't seem to enjoy me being kicked out either but it was clear he had no authority in this matter. This is absolutely shameful treatment of customers. Looking back, when I locked my door the car may have made one honk but it is inexcusable to have such a short fuse employee working for you. Even if I was honking, which I wasn't, it would still be inexcusable behavior. Absolutely the lowest quality of human being. This business would get a negative 5 stars if I could simply because there is absolutely no excuse and I can't believe that with that horrible of an attitude there were not prior signs (ignored by management and ownership) that this guy was a bad apple. You don't go from a good employee to that, there are steps in between. Additionally, it took 20 minutes to reach someone at the customer care center and a day later still have not received a follow up call. With such poor conduct follow up should be instantaneous.
