Oh, come on. What do you expect from this place? It's freaking Urban Planet.
It can be put on the same scale as Stitches or Sirens or any of those other S places. Cheap knockoffs. Really cheap. Crazy cheap. So cheap that you can guarantee it is from a sweatshop, and that it definitely won't be a classic item that you can keep in your closet for years.
But there was a time when I had a "real" job for a short while and needed some sort of nice shoe but was too broke to spend a fortune. Ergo, I decided to buy some black pointy-toed flats from Urban Planet for $10. And they have still lasted me to this day, after daily use for several months. So, HA! Urban Planet stuff can last, it just depends what it is. I also bought some super stretchy skinny denim with no labels on it (Yes! No "Seduction" sequined across the butt!) for $20. And a pair of plain black pants for $15. And they've all stood the test of time.
On a serious note, this place is hilarious to take a walk through just to see what their designers have decided to rip off. There's a "sale" section on the top floor with all sorts of crap that no one wanted for even cheaper.
But as my purchases illustrate, even someone as stylish as moi (NOT) can find something at Urban Planet and make it work. I wouldn't fill my closet with their stuff, but sometimes you can find a deal and no one needs to know where you got it from.
