  • Had James make me glasses and when they were not right (the prescription was written incorrectly by the doctor) had no problem is getting the glasses redone at no charge! Then I took a pair of glasses into James that needed decorative stones replaces (I had not purchased them from him). It turned out that I was missing 16 stones! James not only spent the tedious amount of time finding and installing them on my glasses, but he again would not charge me! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have adjusted various frames that I have and never a charge, always so friendly. Will always recommend J Crimi Eyewear for not only great repairs, but also great service and quality of workmanship! Beautiful selection of frames and accessories too!
