Ok first of all, the front desk attendant refused to give us the patient discount because "we booked through hotels.com" (which we did last time my grandpa was in the hospital and they gave us the discount). Second, we were charged for two queen beds. They're double beds. Third, my mother's black flip flops went missing from the room. We have searched under every bed and nightstand and they're missing. Fourth, my aunt's razor is missing from the shower. This hotel experience has been awful, and we're up here because my grandpa had open heart surgery. Thanks for the added stress, Quality Inn. We will not be staying here again.
